Upon the submission of this “Form” by “The Customer”, the Agreement becomes a binding contract
between My Little Hub and The Customer.
My Little Hub’s responsibilities
My Little Hub provides the following:
. Sell items that are not broken nor have defects
. Provide real life photos of the items showing their condition along with a usage description and useful information about the product
. My Little Hub is not responsible for mounting and/or installing your products
. My Little Hub is not responsible for any damage that might result from the use of sold products
The pricing of each item to be sold will be decided by My Little Hub. The final selling price will be discounted
from the Average Retail Price based on the usage description and condition of the item.
We ensure a fair pricing approach to both our Sellers & Customers depending on the condition and usage
state of the product.
My Little Hub will deliver of the item(s) within a period of 5 Business Days from the purchase date. My Little
Hub will deliver your items for free in the event where the selling price exceeds $100. Delivery charges will
be calculated upon checkout according to a pre-defined chart.
We ask you to provide, as much as possible, accurate and precise information of your shipping details in
order to find you and serve better.
In the case where no one is available at the shipping address for the receipt of goods, our delivery agency
will contact you to set another appointment free of charge.
In the case of a second failed attempt at delivery, My Little Hub will charge a fee of $2 for the second
attempt and $3 for each additional attempt thereafter.
